Delivery Costs

We offer £3.99 flat rate shipping to the UK. Free UK delivery for orders over £50. Worldwide shipping may vary.

Order processing time

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

All orders aim to be processed within 3-5 business days (this time is for processing, not for delivery). Delivery time depends on delivery method chosen at checkout. Please ensure that you double check the delivery timing as international economy delivery times are extensive.

Business days do not include Bank Holidays or any other public holidays in the UK where employees are not required to work.

If we are experiencing a high volume or orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

HasiniKay is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
