Refund policy
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must return your product(s) within fourteen days for a full refund. This amount excludes all delivery costs. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and the buyer will be responsible for all goods until it reaches our business location.
How to Return
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@hasinikay.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The return address on the parcel is not a valid returns address - please do not send your packages there.
For returning goods, please include a cover note, explaining what action you would like us to take, as well as your name, address, order number, and original proof of purchase. Make sure that the goods are packaged safely and securely, using the original packaging if possible, and that you use a signed service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the goods being returned.
Please note that responsibility for any product returned remains with you until such time as we receive it and a member of our staff has signed for the receipt of goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately using the 'contact' page on our website if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure to take photographs of damaged goods. We aim to replace any defective physical items with replacements. If this is not possible we shall issue a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Services cannot be returned or refunded (such as consultations and product reviews). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your experience.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be refunded within 10 working days on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
